CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS POLICY EXPLANATION |

Our hotel is not
your typical
business, we don't
try to have a large
volume of business,
the income from the
hotel is used
exclusively to
improve and maintain
the wildlife refuge;
when a tree house
that could have been
rented to others
guests goes
unocuppied because a
late cancellation or
a no show it hurts
us substantially. |

Our hotel is an
unique experience,
one of the reasons
why is because we
only open our doors
to a very limited
number of guests at
the same time,
remember that we
only have three tree
houses in 7 acres
of rain forest, the
reason we only offer
such a limited
number of tree
houses is to insure
a very low impact in
the wildlife and the
rain forest, and a
very serene and
memorable experience
to our guests; very
often several
persons approach us
to get a reservation
for the same day,
since we can't
accommodate
everybody we have a
first come first
served policy, but
this also means that,
when you make a
reservation, we can
not issue an
automatic full
refund if you cancel
or do not show for
your stay, for this
purpose we keep a
waiting list, if we
can we would
transfer your
reservation to
another guest, then
we will issue you a
refund on your
credit card. This
situation does not
arise all year
around, if you have
any questions
regarding this issue,
or any other, don't
hesitate to contact
us either by email
or phone, we'll be
glad to hear from
you. |

No refunds will be
issued for no shows
and cancellations
made less than 30
days prior to
reservation date
unless the tree
house is re-rented. |

A 50% refund will be
issue for
cancellations made
30 days prior to
reservation date. |

We are sorry but
during the month of
July and the
Christmas and Easter
period the
reservations are
firm: no refund will
be issued for
cancellations or no
shows. |

When renting more
than one night, or
more than one tree
house the
reservations are
firm: no refunds
will be issued for
cancellations or no
shows.

Please, make sure of
your reservation, if
you have to cancel
or can't show up let
us know as soon as
possible to give us
time to go to our
waiting list and
offer your
reservation to
another guest so we
can issue your
refund, we want you
to have a great
experience with us
even if you can't
come to stay with us. |
